De Takomst

The Sinnehúskes and De Takomst are rented out in combination with a Sinneskou and exclusively in blocks of multiple days during the period April 1st to October 31st.

Rates include VAT, boat rental (April 1st to October 31st), bed and bath linen, and final cleaning. In the high season, Takomst can only be booked by the week and the Sinnehúskes from a weekend.

Important to know before you book: pets are unfortunately not allowed.

Payment and Cancellation Terms

We kindly request you to transfer 50% of the rental amount within five days after your booking. The final payment should be made at least six weeks before the arrival date. For short-term bookings – six weeks or less before the rental period – the entire rental amount should be transferred within five working days. For very short-term bookings (less than 10 days before the start of the rental period), the entire rental amount must be transferred via urgent transfer. The amount must be on our account no later than three days before the start of the rental period.

In case of cancellation up to six weeks prior to the reserved date, we will charge 50% of the rental amount. For cancellations between six and three weeks prior to the reserved date, you will pay 70% of the rental amount, after which no refund will be made. We advise you to consider taking out cancellation insurance with your insurer.
